Built on a Life of Service!

Alpha Care Michigan was created from a simple belief: people who spend their lives caring for others deserve support, respect, and the opportunity to be compensated for the work they do.

My commitment to helping people started long before Alpha Care Michigan.

I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the meaning of service, responsibility, teamwork, and putting others before yourself. My military experience, including serving in Afghanistan, shaped the way I look at leadership and caring for others.

My journey continued through service as an EMT, where I saw firsthand how much families rely on the people closest to them when someone needs help. Often, the person providing that care isn't a stranger or a professional caregiver, it's a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or another loved one who simply stepped up when their family needed them.

That stayed with me.

Today, I bring that same commitment to service into my professional career in information technology and leadership, where I manage people, solve complex problems, and build systems designed to make things work better.

Eventually, I realized those experiences could come together to solve a problem I kept seeing:

Families are already providing care every day, but many don't know that they may be eligible to receive support and compensation for that care.

That's why I created Alpha Care Michigan.

Our Mission

Alpha Care Michigan exists to help Michigan families navigate the path from providing care to being compensated for that care.

We help eligible individuals and families understand their options, navigate the process, and connect with the programs and services available to them.

We're starting with Michigan's Medicaid Home Help Program and building from there.

Our goal isn't simply to process paperwork.

It's to make the process easier to understand, easier to navigate, and more accessible for the families who need it.

Being a disabled veteran isn't just part of who I am, it's part of why Alpha Care Michigan exists.

The values I learned through military service honor, commitment, accountability, and service to others are the same values I want Alpha Care Michigan to represent.
